Tell me about an Early Completion Memo

We follow the session schedules and grading timelines set by our University Partners and a maximum of 15 credits per term. If needed, an early memo is available. This provides course completion date and grade before official posting.

There is a $25 charge per course for an Early Completion Memo. Once all modules of your coursework have been evaluated and you can see points awarded for each submission in the online course platform, you may request and purchase a memo within your account by following the steps below:

1. First, click on the “Login” button at the top of our website, TeachingChannel.com. and select "Course & Account Access"
2. Next, you will be asked to login with your email and password.
3. Click on your name in the upper right “Welcome, First name!”
4. Select “My Teaching Channel Courses”
5. Scroll down to view your list of your courses. Locate the course in which you would like to purchase your Memo.
6. On the right, click the "Get Started" dropdown menu and select "Early Memo of Completion"
7. Follow the prompts to process payment.
