How do I turn off the autorenewal on my Individual Video Library Subscription in my account?

You may manage the status of the autorenewal within your Account at any time by following the steps outlined below.

  1. Click on Login at top of our website (teachingchannel.com)
  2. Select Course & Account Access
  3. Enter your email address and password (please click forgot password to reset if needed)
  4. Click on Welcome, Your Name! near the upper right
  5. Select My Subscriptions and scroll down to view your subscription

  1. Click on the Manage Subscription and Billing Information button

  1. Click the toggle button for Auto Renew to turn Off (it will turn gray and display the word 'off' when complete)

If you've followed the steps outlined above at least two days prior to your renewal date, as shown on your My Subscriptions homepage, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to the product on the expiration date.

Per the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of checkout, a subscription may be cancelled at any time to avoid future charges. Please note, all cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the scheduled auto-renewal charge date.
