To update your payment on file linked to your subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Login at top of our website (teachingchannel.com)
- Select "Course & Account Access"
- Enter your email address and password
- Click on Welcome, Your Name! in the upper right
- Select My Subscriptions
- Click on the Manage Subscription and Billing Information button
- Select Update Card Information and enter your new payment information.
Please note, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

If your credit card declined due to your expiration date on your credit card, you are unable to add a new credit card on file. No worries! You will need to re-purchase one of our Video Library Subscriptions!
