How to update your card:
1. First, click on the “Login” button at the top of our website, TeachingChannel.com
2. Select "Course & Account Access"
3. Next, you will be asked to login with your email and password.
4. Once you have logged in, click on Welcome, (Your Name) at the top of the screen and select the “My Orders” option..
5. Locate your Payment Plan registration in your order history and click the Manage Payment button in the middle of the screen and select "Update Credit Card"
How to process a failed payment:
1. First, click on the “Login” button at the top of our website, TeachingChannel.com
2. Select "Course & Account Access"
3. Next, you will be asked to login with your email and password.
4. Once you have logged in, click on Welcome, (Your Name) at the top of the screen and select the “My Orders” option.
5. Locate your Payment Plan registration in your order history and click on the Payment History dropdown to view your payment schedule,.
6. Click red "Retry Payment" link associated with the Failed Payment on the right side of your screen.
