How Do I Process a Missed or Failed Payment?

How to update your card:

1. First, click on the “Login” button at the top of our website, TeachingChannel.com

2. Select "Course & Account Access"

3. Next, you will be asked to login with your email and password.

4. Once you have logged in, click on Welcome, (Your Name) at the top of the screen and select the “My Orders” option..

5. Locate your Payment Plan registration in your order history and click the Manage Payment button in the middle of the screen and select "Update Credit Card"

How to process a failed payment:

1. First, click on the “Login” button at the top of our website, TeachingChannel.com

2. Select "Course & Account Access"

3. Next, you will be asked to login with your email and password.

4. Once you have logged in, click on Welcome, (Your Name) at the top of the screen and select the “My Orders” option.

5. Locate your Payment Plan registration in your order history and click on the Payment History dropdown to view your payment schedule,.

6. Click red "Retry Payment" link associated with the Failed Payment on the right side of your screen.Failed Payment Screenshot

 

If you are still having issues processing the missed or failed payment, please connect with our Learner Support team at 952-469-3454 during our business hours provided below to provide updated credit card information for your payment plan. 

Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm cst
Friday 8am-4pm cst

 

Please be aware, per the Terms & Conditions provided and accepted with registration, Teaching Channel reserves the right to lock account and course access for any account with 2 or more failed payments.
