I have questions about my Wayne State Registration.

To receive graduate semester credit through Wayne State College, your registration must start directly with Wayne State.

Coursework Due Dates

All completed coursework must be RECEIVED at Teaching Channel by:

Spring Session: Apr. 15 (or the first business day after this date)
Summer Session: Jul. 15 (or the first business day after this date)
Fall Session: Nov. 15 (or the first business day after this date)

Letters of Completion

Teaching Channel will process and evaluate your coursework within 7-10 business days of receiving your materials. You will then receive a letter of completion via email for your course. If you are concerned about meeting your district’s transcript deadline, you may submit this email to your district documenting your completion of the course in advance of the transcript arriving. If you have special circumstances and require additional services, please contact us BEFORE sending in your coursework so that we may help you.

Please keep in mind that we are able to begin emailing letters of completion (and submitting grades to the university) on the following dates each semester:

  • Spring Session: January 2nd (or the first business day after this date)
  • Summer Session: May 15th (or the first business day after this date)
  • Fall Session: September 15th (or the first business day after this date)

Transcript Information

Please have your completed coursework in the Teaching Channel office at least 45 days prior to your transcript deadline.

Teaching Channel will evaluate all coursework within 7-10 business days of its arrival in our office.  The grade will then be submitted to Wayne State College.  (Note: Wayne State College will post your grade(s) to your student record at the end of the term.)

You may access your grades online at https://ecampus.wsc.edu. Login with your Username and Password. (Students who do not have this information can contact Becky Keen at the Distance & Continuing Education Office at 1(402) 241-6546 for assistance.)

Under Online Resources select "WildcatsOnline."  Then from the Enrollment menu choose "View My Grades". Grade reports WILL NOT be mailed..

Transcript Request Guidelines

  • Information on requesting transcripts can be found here
  • All copies mailed to you are marked “Issued to Student.”
  • WSC will not fax transcripts to any party.
  • WSC will not send a transcript if you have any financial holds on your account.

Unofficial - You may print an unofficial transcript by following these directions:

  • Go to https://ecampus.wsc.edu
  • Login with your Username and Password (Students who do not have this information can contact Becky Keen at the Distance & Continuing Education Office at 1(402) 241-6546 for assistance).
  • Under Online Resources choose "WildcatsOnline"
  • From "Academic Records" select "View Unofficial Transcript"
