How do I track my shipment?

You can track your order directly from your account.

Some Teaching Channel courses include a book as part of the course resources. For courses that require a book, shipments are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping timelines:

  • Standard shipping: 7–10 business days

  • Priority shipping: 2–4 business days

Important: Flex Credit registrations do not include a textbook. Flex Credit registrants must use the provided ISBN to purchase the text independently.


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you can’t find that email, you can still check your shipment status by following these steps:

1. Click Login in the upper right hand corner of the website.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Select My Teaching Channel Courses from the Account dropdown menu.

4. Scroll to the course you’re looking for and click Get Started.

5. Click the Track Order link and tracking number.
