How do I cancel my individual video library subscription?

If you would like to cancel your auto-renewing video library subscription, follow the steps below:

You may manage the status of the autorenewal within your Account at any time by following the steps outlined below.

1. Click on Login at the top of our website (teachingchannel.com)

2. Select "Course & Account Access"

3. Enter your email address and password (please click forgot password to reset if needed)

4. Click on Welcome, (Your Name)! in the upper right, and scroll down to view your subscription

5. Click on the "Manage Subscription and Billing Information" button

6. Click the toggle for Auto Renew to Off (it will turn gray and display the word 'off' when complete)

If you've followed the steps outlined above at least two days prior to your renewal date, as shown on your My Subscriptions homepage, your subscription will not renew, and you will no longer have video access after the expiration date.
