The bigger your group grows, the more incentives you'll receive! Here are a few common questions answered.
Do I register for the free course now?
No. You will not include the 1-credit course with your initial group registration. If your group closes with 6 or more members, you will receive an email within 14 days of your group close date with a form to submit and redeem your free 1-credit course.
Can I choose any 1 credit course?
There are 2 courses available for selection for qualifying group members. You can view the options in the link below or in your redemption email upon receipt. Please note that available courses will update automatically on January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st.

How do I register for the free course?
If your group closes with 6 or more members, you will receive an email within 14 days of your group close date with a form to submit and redeem your free 1-credit course. Your course registration will be processed within 7 days of receiving your redemption form.
How long is the free course valid for?The free 1-credit group incentive course is valid for 3 months from your original registration date. You may select from any active term listed on the redemption form when selecting your course. If it has been more than 90 days from the registration date on your receipt, the offer is null and void.
Which University Partner is this course offered through? Can I change this?
The free 1-credit course incentive with our group program is only offered in partnership with American College of Education. Per the Terms and Conditions accepted with redemption, this may not be changed.
How many free courses can I redeem per group code?
You may redeem ONE free 1-credit group incentive course per unique group code.
How often can I redeem a free group incentive course?
You may redeem one free 1-credit course in a 30-day window.
Does this free course impact or apply to term credit limits?
Yes! You may complete up to 15 credits in each term and this course will apply to your term credit limits. If you have exceeded the term credit limits, the course redemption will be entered in the next available term. If all available terms at time of redemption are maxed (15 registered credits), the incentive is void.
Can I update the term of my incentive course after registration?
Per the Terms and Conditions accepted with redemption, coursework must be completed by the session due date of the session selected upon redemption. There are no extensions granted with the group incentive courses. Coursework is due by the session due date selection with your redemption.

- Summer Session - August 15th
- Fall Session - November 15th
If you would like to complete the session at a later date, you may certainly elect to enroll in the course. Please note, that you will enroll at the current course price provided in our course catalog as re-registration does not apply to no-cost incentive courses.
