I have questions about Course Bundle payments and the payment plan.

Whether you selected paying for your course bundle in one payment or using our payment plan, here are a few additional details.

  • Am I able to cancel my bundle registration and receive a refund?

    Cancellations received in writing via email or chat within 30 days will be eligible for a refund. Your refund will be processed, less a $150 (3-course) or $250 (5-course), or $500 (10-course) bundle cancellation fee. Credit for the remaining amount will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 30 days after your purchase date. 
  • How long do I have to pay off the payment plan?

    When selecting Pay As You Learn, your registration will consist of 12 monthly payments. The first payment will process on the date of registration and the next 11 payments will process on the same calendar date each month in the future.
  • I need to update the credit card linked to my payment plan. How can I do this?

We can certainly update the payment information linked to your bundle registration. This option is available within your Order History in your Account to be processed with the payment method linked to your registration.

1. First, click on the “Login” button at the top of our website, TeachingChannel.com
2. Select "Course & Account Access"
3. Next, you will be asked to login with your email and password.
4. Once you have logged in, click on Welcome, Your Name! at the top of the screen and select the “My Orders” option.
5. Locate your Payment Plan registration in your order history and click the Manage Payment button in the middle of the screen and select "Update Credit Card".

  • Am I able to process payments ahead of schedule?

Yes, of course! You may elect to process additional payments in your 12-month schedule at any time to release grades as needed. This option is available within your Order History in your Account to be processed with the payment method linked to your registration.

1. First, click on the “Login” button at the top of our website, TeachingChannel.com
2. Select "Course & Account Access"
3. Next, you will be asked to login with your email and password.
4. Once you have logged in, click on Welcome, Your Name! at the top of the screen and select the “My Orders” option.
5. Locate your Payment Plan registration in your order history and click the Manage Payment button in the middle of the screen and select "Make A Payment"
6. Select the number of payments you would like to process and click "Submit Your Payment".

Please note, per the Terms & Conditions of the the Pay As You Learn Payment Plan option, if choosing to process advanced payments, your additional payments would be applied in reverse order to your outstanding scheduled payments.

  • I processed payments early to release a grade, when will my next payment process?

    The payment schedule is not altered when additional payments are processed. If you elect to process ahead, there will be a gap in your schedule based on the number of payments processed. Your scheduled payments will resume on the originally scheduled date. You can view your payment schedule in the My Orders section of your Account. 
  • Can I change the date for the automatic payments?

    The date of your scheduled payments is not able to be altered. This will be the same calendar date each month as the date of initial purchase. 
  • I paid in full at the time of registration. When can I access my final grade(s) for My Bundle Courses?

    If you elected to pay in full at the time of registration, your grades will post as each course is completed and in alignment with the session grade release dates.
  • I registered with the Pay As You Learn payment plan. When can I access my final grade(s) for My Bundle Courses in my 2-Course Bundle?
    1. First Course - Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 6 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date.  
    2. Second Course - Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 12 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date.  
  • I registered with the Pay As You Learn payment plan. When can I access my final grade(s) for My Bundle Courses in my 3-Course Bundle?
    • First Course - Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 5 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date.  
    • Second Course - Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 9 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date.  
    • Third Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 12 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
  • I registered with the Pay As You Learn payment plan. When can I access my final grade(s) for My Bundle Courses in my 5-Course Bundle?
    • First Course - Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 3 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date.  
    • Second Course - Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 5 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date.  
    • Third Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 7 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
    • Fourth Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 10 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
    • Fifth Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, completion of all payments and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
  • I registered with the Pay As You Learn payment plan. When can I access my final grade(s) for My Bundle Courses in my 10-Course Bundle?
    • First Course - Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 3 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date.  
    • Second Course - Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 4 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date.  
    • Third Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 5 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
    • Fourth Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 6 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
    • Fifth Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 7 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
    • Sixth Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 8 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
    • Seventh Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 9 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
    • Eighth Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 10 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
    • Ninth Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, 11 monthly payments, and in alignment with your session grade reporting date. 
    • Tenth Course – Your course grade will be available upon successful completion of your course, completion of all payments and in alignment with your session grade reporting date.
