How do I track my shipment?

Track your order on your My Account page.

Several Teaching Channel courses include a book as a course resource. For those courses requiring books, we will ship these to you.  All book shipments will be processed within 2 business days.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days for standard shipping or 2 to 4 business days for expedited shipping. 

Please note, Flex Credit registration does not include the textbook. Flex Credit registrants must use the ISBN provided to acquire a copy of the text on their own. 

If you no longer have that email, no problem! Your can find the status of your package in your Account using the following steps.

1. Click 'Login' in the upper right hand corner of the website.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Click on 'My Orders' from the Account dropdown menu. My Orders

4. Scroll down to the course you're looking for and you'll see the status of your textbook as either 'Processing' or 'Shipped.'
